Work experience

Senior Product Designer

Currently designing infrastructure tools for DevOps and platform engineering teams working with Kubernetes. The work focuses on turning complex cloud and cluster management workflows into clear, usable product experiences.

Lead Product Designer (2021-2025)

As the founding designer at Ascend, I led the product design effort from pre-revenue to a platform processing over $1B annually. I worked across the full product surface — launching MVPs, shaping UX patterns, and iterating fast based on user feedback.

Product design contractor (2021-2022)

At digetiers, I worked across client and internal projects in a part-time capacity. For an automotive client in Germany, I helped develop a proof of concept aimed at increasing customer lifetime value through digital services and community features. I also improved internal QA tooling by refining UX and designing new features based on team workflows.

Lead Product Designer (2021)

At Kilo Health, I was brought in as the sole designer to help turn a fitness coaching MVP into a market-ready app. I redesigned the core experience, launched it on iOS and Android via React Native, and built a scalable design system. I also contributed to growth experiments, improved onboarding and retention, and supported the team with user journeys and funnel optimization.

Senior Product Designer (2018-2020)

At Treatwell, I worked on the company’s B2B platform — the core dashboard salons use to manage their daily operations. I designed features for scheduling, staff management, payments, onboarding, and client communication, helping salon owners digitize their workflows. The work spanned across multiple domains and devices, with a strong focus on usability, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Multiple roles (2014-2018)

I joined Civitta (formerly Mediapark) as a junior designer and eventually led the design team. Over nearly four years, I worked on a wide range of client projects — from early-stage startups to large-scale platforms — gaining deep experience in UX, UI, and design systems. One of the most notable projects during this time was Spark, Lithuania’s first electric car-sharing service, which later expanded internationally.
